²The student registration fee is only available to full-time students. A digital copy of your international student verification (ISIC: International Student Identity Card) or other student confirmation in English including its expiration date and along with your ECSS ID number must be to This email address is being protected from spambots. ³No access to scientific sessions.

Cancellation policy

Please note, written cancellations received before 15 May 2024 will be subject to a cancellation fee of €175. After that date, in any case, no refund will be possible.

What do registration fees include?

The registration fee for participants includes:

• Admission to all scientific sessions
• Admission to SportEx – The official exhibition of the ECSS
• Opening Ceremony
• Opening Reception*
• Congress material (congress bag, final programme)
• Lunches and coffee breaks at the congress venue*
• Closing Ceremony
• Farewell Reception*
• Friday Night Out* (small personal contribution possible depending on congress destination)

*only granted if pre-booking received
