This meeting aims to provide time and space for ECSS Early Career Researchers to network, as well as to discuss ideas regarding a potential mentoring programme with Professor Elke Grimminger-Seidensticker and Professor Janice Thompson. We are specifically interested in how ECSS can support greater interaction between Early Career Researchers and Fellows and enhance professional development and career opportunities for all. We also want to gather ideas on benefits that are unique and attractive to members across their career stages, how we can further encourage qualified members to apply for Fellowship, and also retain the membership and participation of Early Career Researchers in ECSS.
