Starting with this year we have digitalised our booking system for our SportEx exhibition to simplify the booking process for our partners and customers as well as the annual exhibitor participation at our congress. Please follow the instructions below to complete your partnership bookings for ECSS Paris 2023:
Please follow the ‘my Partner-Account’ button below and create your account by storing your company contact data together with a contact person.
- Please verify your account via clicking on the temporary log in link in your verification E-mail.
- Please go to myAccount and set your password via ‘change your password’. Here you can update your account information whenever needed.
- In mySportEx you will find information on our current partnership catalogue, the SportEx floorplan, and our exhibitor manual. Your bookings will also be displayed within this section once confirmed.
- In Book items for 2023 – Book myBooth your desired booth space is reserved as soon as your selection is confirmed.
- In Book items for 2023 – Book myItems additional partnership items can be selected by number and booked directly once the selection is completed and confirmed.
- Your bookings will be processed by ECSS and you will receive an invoice for your booth and requested partnership items within three business days via e-mail.
- As a note: A payment function will be installed later in the year so that the booking process can be handled completely online from the start of Glasgow 2024.
