Cancellation policy

For written cancellations received before 15 May 2023, the cancellation fee is €150. Thereafter, in any case, no refund will be possible.

What do registration fees include?

The registration fee for participants includes:

• Admission to all scientific sessions
• Admission to SportEx – The Official Exhibition of the ECSS
• Opening Ceremony
• Opening Reception *
• Congress material (congress bag, Final Programme)
• Coffee breaks and lunches at the congress venue *
• Closing Ceremony
• Friday Night Out* (small personal contribution possible depending on congress destination)

*Only granted if pre-booking received

• Admission to SportEx – the Official Exhibition of the ECSS (no admission to scientific sessions)
• Opening Ceremony
• Opening Reception *
• Congress material (congress bag, Final Programme)
