For the Olympic anniversary, we are delighted to welcome you to Paris’ iconic Palais des Congrès. The Palais des Congrès de Paris is a legendary Parisian venue for events. Located near the Arc de Triomphe, the Palais welcomes more than 1.2 million visitors each year and hosts 235 events. In addition to its capacity and recent furnishing, the venue is historically known for hosting the world’s most important congresses since the 70s. Palais des Congrès is located on the historical axis of “La Ville Lumière” (the City of Lights), connecting the business neighbourhood La Defense to the Louvre Museum. This location is close to:

  • the Arc de Triomphe and The Champs Elysées – 10 minutes walking South
  • the Eiffel Tower – 20 minutes walking
  • one of the newest museums in Paris, Frank Gehry’s Foundation Louis Vuitton, located in the famous Bois de Boulogne – nearby
  • the Seine, which will host the Olympic and Paralympic Games ceremony – an ideal spot for the memorial run in honour of Prof. Bengt Saltin.

With seven exhibition halls totalling 18,000 m², 2 amphitheatres that can seat between 370 and 3,700 guests, 82 meeting rooms and 22 conference rooms that can accommodate from 120 to 380 people, the Palais des Congrès de Paris has been a benchmark in the field of prestigious international congresses for more than four decades. The Palais's Grand Amphitheatre also hosts dynamic sporting events and exciting shows, including ballets, concerts and musicals.

This classic venue offers a total infrastructure of 32,000m² for holding customised, multidimensional events.

Due to construction works on-site, access to the Congress Center is restricted. Please note the following information for your arrival.
