Registration Fees
There are multiple registration categories available for ECSS Lausanne 2026. Please check which one applies to you.
1Save on the registration fee by becoming an ECSS Member before registering for the Congress!
2The student registration fee is only available to students. Please enter your ECSS Account, go to the section myMembership & Benefits and click on myStudent status to upload your university student enrollment certificate in English language, including an expiration date for 2026 (or beyond). Please be aware that we do not accept other certificates.
3Based on DAC List of ODA Recipients; Eligible to residents up to Lower Middle Income Countries (i.e., Least Developed Countries, Low Income Countries and Lower Middle Income Countries). Please enter your ECSS Account, go to the section myCongress and click on the button myLower Income-Country Proof to upload your university affiliation and proof of residence in English language. Once it is approved, the reduced Congress registration fee can be paid via the ECSS Account.
4No access to scientific sessions.
5Access to SportEx Exhibition only per day.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that cancellations received before 15 May 2026 will be subject to a cancellation fee of €175. After that date, in any case, no refund will be possible.
