From the Weight Room to the Track: Engineering Speed in Elite Athletes!

This Pre-Congress activity bridges the gap between strength training and sprint performance by demonstrating how force and power development in the weight room translate into acceleration and maximal speed on the track.

Designed for sport scientists, strength & conditioning coaches, researchers and performance specialists, this immersive session combines scientific evidence with live practical demonstrations.

Participants will explore force–velocity principles, sprint biomechanics, monitoring strategies and real-time coaching applications.
