There are multiple registration categories available for ECSS Rimini 2025. Please check which one applies to you.

¹Save on the registration fee by becoming an ECSS Member before registering for the congress!

²The student registration fee is only available to full-time students. Please enter your ECSS account, go the section 'myMembership & Benefits' and click on the button 'myStudent status' to upload your university student enrolment certificate in English language, including an expiration date for 2025 (or beyond). Please be aware that we do not accept other certificates anymore. 

³Based on DAC List of ODA Recipients; Eligible to residents up to Lower Middle Income Countries (i.e., Least Developed Countries, Low Income Countries and Lower Middle Income Countries). Please enter your ECSS account, go the section 'myCongress' and click on the button 'myLower Income-Country Proof' to upload your university affiliation and proof of residence in English language. Once it is approved, the reduced Congress registration fee can be paid via the ECSS account.

Cancellation policy

Please note, that written cancellations received before 15 May 2025 will be subject to a cancellation fee of €175. After that date, in any case, no refund will be possible.
