There are generous cash prizes for ECSS YIA finalists:

Oral presentations

• 1^st Place: €4,000
• 2^nd Place: €3,000
• 3^rd Place: €2,000
• 4^th Place: €1,000
• Equal 5^th Place: €500 each

Conventional print poster presentations

• 1^st Place: €3,000
• 2^nd Place: €2,000
• 3^rd Place: €1,000
• 4^th Place: €500

Important notice: An ECSS YIA award winner cannot be a GSSI award winner at the same time and vice versa.
