Our aim is to highlight the role of data analytics in improving athletic performance and to foster collaboration across academia, industry and sports organisations. This year, we will discuss: 

  • Predictive analytics for talent identification.
  • Machine learning for performance optimisation.
  • The role of biometric data and wearable technology in training.
  • Discuss experiences among colleagues.
  • Ethical considerations in sports analytics.

This session is an opportunity for participants to engage with current trends in sports science and explore the impact of data science on elite sports.
