Create a Partner Account to access our digital SportEx booking platform, simplifying the booking process for our partners as well as the annual exhibitor participation at the Congress.
If you already have a myPartner Account, please directly follow the myPartner Account tab below and log in to your account to process your bookings for ECSS Lausanne 2026. Please note that orders can be placed after the official call for exhibitors in November.
If you do not have a partner account yet, please follow the instructions below:
- Create your account by clicking on myPartner Account and filling in your company contact data, together with a contact person.
- Verify your account via the temporary login link in your verification email.
- Go to myAccount and set your password via Change your password. Here you can update your account information whenever needed.
- In mySportEx, find information on the current partnership catalogue, the SportEx floor plan and the exhibitor manual (to be published by the end of December).
- In Book items for 2026 – Book myBooth, your desired booth space is ordered as soon as your selection is confirmed.
- In Book items for 2026 – Book myItems, additional partnership items can be selected by number and booked directly once the selection is completed and confirmed.
- All bookings will be stored in mySportEx – myBookings and can be paid either by credit card following the button Pay myBookings or via bank transfer upon receiving the invoice for your ordered items by email within three business days.
