A vibrant area has been reserved for SportEx - the official Congress Exhibition, which will be the hub of ECSS Lausanne 2026. Lunches, coffee breaks and different activities such as ‘booth talks’ take place exclusively here.

Set in Lausanne – the Olympic Capital and home to many international sport organisations and federations – SportEx 2026 provides an inspiring environment for collaboration and meaningful connections across the global sport science community.

Be there, to shape the sports market of the future!

Booth space booking deadlines:

  • Early bird (€350/m² excl. VAT): 15 April 2026
  • Final (€400/m² excl. VAT): 15 May 2026

The exhibitor package includes:

  • Complementary exhibitor registrations provided depending on booth size: two (<18m²), three (≥18m²), four (≥24m²)
  • Three SportEx day passes
  • Exhibitor profile, including logo on the Congress exhibitor list website

Note: SportEx occupies two levels at STCC. Campus level (main entrance) features abundant daylight and access to Auditoriums A, B and C. Garden level (ground floor) offers less daylight but proximity to 9 session rooms and gateway to 3 further session rooms in an adjacent building. Note that booths G36 and G38 have no electricity access. All other booths can be supplied with T13 (220V) power supply. Selected booths have access to increased power supply (CEE32 or T25). Review the STCC website, the virtual venue guide and consult available floor plans for Campus and Garden level as well as construction rules given in the Exhibitor Manual before booking your space.

An exhibition space booking excludes any booth construction and services such as electricity, lighting, furniture, etc. These services must be booked via the STCC webshop. The order deadline is 19 June 2026.

Please be aware that compared to previous Congresses, ECSS Lausanne 2026 does not hold a constant poster area. Instead, the Auditorium A (Campus Level) will be flexibly adjusted from a theatre style session room to a flat area with poster boards during the Congress.

Payment terms

Payments may be made by credit card through the ECSS Partner Account or via bank transfer. The invoice for exhibition space/partner item(s) must be settled in full by the due date specified on the invoice.
