Planning your stay for ECSS Manchester 2027? A wide selection of accommodation options has been arranged for the Congress participants through Marketing Manchester, the official accommodation provider for ECSS Manchester 2027. Hotels are available across different categories and price ranges, with many conveniently located within walking distance of the Congress venue.
The official accommodation booking platform lets you explore participating hotels and book the accommodation that best suits your stay. Rates offered through the official platform have been negotiated for ECSS Manchester 2027 and generally include breakfast and VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Payment terms
All bookings require a guarantee. Guests can secure their booking with a credit or debit card, with payment made directly to the hotel on arrival or departure. Alternatively, guests may request payment by invoice before arrival.
Cancellation policy
The following cancellation terms apply:
- Individual bookings: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival
- Bookings of 3-9 rooms: Free cancellation up to two weeks before arrival
- Bookings of 10 or more rooms: Free cancellation up to four weeks before arrival
Booking deadline
The accommodation booking platform will remain open until 20 June 2027. After this date, accommodation requests can be sent via email at abs@visitmanchester.com and will depend on individual hotel availability and rates at that time.
City visitor charge
From 1 April 2023, a supplementary City Visitor Charge of £1 per room per night will be added to the final accommodation bill on each guest’s booking. The Charge will be collected from all accommodation establishments within the Manchester Accommodation Business Improvement District zone. Find out more at manchesterabid.com.
