A dedicated space at Manchester Central will host SportEx – the official Congress Exhibition and a key meeting point throughout ECSS Manchester 2027.
With coffee breaks, lunches, and activities such as booth talks within the exhibition area, SportEx puts exhibitors at the heart of the Congress experience and creates plenty of opportunities to meet and engage with participants.
Hosted in Manchester, a city with a strong sporting tradition and a thriving academic community, SportEx 2027 offers a welcoming setting to meet, exchange ideas and build connections across the international sport science community.

The exhibition package includes:
- Complementary exhibitor registrations provided depending on booth size: two (<18m²), three (≥18m²), four (≥24m²)
- Three SportEx day passes
- Exhibitor profile, including logo on the Congress exhibitor list website
- Customisable exhibitor profile on the official ECSS Congress App
An exhibition space booking excludes any booth construction and services such as electricity, lighting, furniture, etc. These services must be booked via ECSS’s official exhibition handling company. More information will be available soon.
Booth space booking deadlines:
Early bird (€350/m² excl. VAT): 15 April 2027
Final (€400/m² excl. VAT): 15 May 2027
Exhibition Floor Plan and Exhibition Manual to be available mid-November 2026.
Payment Terms
Payments may be made by credit card through the ECSS Partner Account or via bank transfer. Invoices must be paid in full by the due date indicated. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the booked exhibition space or partnership items. Booth bookings are subject to UK VAT at a rate of 8.1% for all countries. Other partnership items are charged without VAT, except for Switzerland. Orders placed by Swiss-based companies are subject to VAT.
