The ECSS is inviting proposals from service providers for Comprehensive Data Management Solutions to effectively manage the entire lifecycle of our Annual Congresses and associated activities. This includes ensuring a seamless transition from our current supplier, starting in 2026.
The official Request for Proposals (RFP) outlines the specific requirements and expectations of the ECSS for a robust data management platform.
The ECSS seeks innovative and scalable solutions addressing the following key areas:
- Data Integration and Consolidation
- Member Platform
- Congress and exhibition Management (Pre-, During and Post-Event)
- Onsite Event and Data Management
- Data Security and Privacy Management
- Data Governance, Reporting and Analytics Capabilities
Your proposal should include:
- A comprehensive overview of your company’s capabilities
- A clear roadmap demonstrating how your solution will meet our requirements
- A timeline and pricing structure
- Relevant case studies or references to support your proposal.
The ECSS also welcomes proposals that may not cover the full scope of required services but offer alternative solutions to address specific gaps. We encourage all interested providers to review the RFP carefully for complete details.
