EJSS is the proud sponsor of the ECSS Young Investigators Award. By creating this connection, the College has brought together two of its key missions:
- Disseminating high quality, innovative science
- Empowering the development of young scientists
You can read more about the College’s vision here. It has been a long term ambition of the ECSS to fund this prestigious award and highlight the excellence of young scientists from around the world. Given the ongoing success of the journal and continuous development of its activities, EJSS is in a strong position to do this. ECSS hopes that this partnership will see even more high quality publications from ECSS YIA winners reach the audience of the journal.
What does this mean?
The College is reinvesting the journal’s success back into the promotion and development of young scientists through the ECSS YIA programme. This link will create a platform for young scientists to develop as researchers and become future authors, reviewers, and editors of EJSS and other scientific journals.
