At every ECSS Congress, ECSS and its official publishing partner, Taylor & Francis, offer travel grants for up to five ECSS Young Investigators Award (YIA) candidates. ECSS is grateful to Taylor & Francis for funding two of these.

During the ECSS YIA application process, applicants have the opportunity to opt in for the travel grant. The only requirement is that the applicant must be affiliated with a university that appears on the DAC List of ODA Recipients. Following a review of all YIA applications by the ECSS Scientific Board and ECSS Scientific Committee, travel grants are then selected and offered.

Abstract submission is free of charge to all authors. Following the ECSS Scientific Board’s review, all authors will be informed about the acceptance of their submission via our notification to the authors' system. Congress registration fees must be paid in order to secure your presentation at the congress and to ensure your abstract is published in the Book of Abstracts.
To participate in ECSS Sevilla 2022, you will be asked to register for the congress. Registration is only available through your ECSS account. To register you will be asked to enter your existing ECSS account or create a new ECSS account. Please note: registration will be completed once you have paid the registration fee. Payment is not required to submit an abstract.
