The study investigated a physical activity intervention at a school for eight to ten year old school children. We investigated cohesion, enjoyment and fitness improvements of these children.

The results show that team sports could promote cohesion and enjoyment more than individual sport activities, and that the factors of ‘cohesion’ and ‘enjoyment’ also predicted fitness improvements.
