The hosts of the 2015 edition are once again experts in sport science. The Malmö University with the support of the University of Copenhagen and the University of Lund, have created an extraordinary scientific programme supporting the congress theme “sustainable sport”. The invited programme demonstrates the current state of the research in the field of sport and exercise sciences. There are several interesting topics to choose from and the programme is nicely spiced up with a strong Scandinavian expertise. Please find the invited programme here. More specific scientific programme will be available after 1st of April 2015, after the deadline of abstract submission.

Once again the highlight of the ECSS congress will be the ECSS Young Investigators Award. The delegates under the age of 32 are able to participate in this distinguished scientific competition and compete on the generous cash prices. The YIA competition has been the focal point of the ECSS congress throughout the years and it backs up the goal of the ECSS to support and promote young scientists in their career development.
