Learn speed and strength profiling, and how to establish max power, residual force depression (RFD), absolute speed and strength. You will play with the latest dynamometers, force platforms and iso-inertial tools from Kinvent to monitor impulse, and take the right decision for training. Alongside Olympian training on a daily basis with Kinvent tools, an engineer and a professional strength and conditioning coach, you'll be able to ask questions, both practical and theoretical. You'll be invited to try the tools and methods yourself and challenge your own Force-Speed profile in a hands-on experience.
