Opening Reception

This reception will take place at 20:00-21:00 in the SportEx exhibition in Hall Havane, directly after the Opening Ceremony (19:30-20:00) on Wednesday, 5 July. Complimentary welcome drinks and finger food will be served. Only those who are registered can attend this event. Registration is available via your ECSS account until Friday, 16 June.

The Bengt Saltin Run – sponsored by h/p/cosmos

We will run along the beautiful Seine at Quai Anatole France on the morning of Thursday, 6 July at 07:00. Only those who are registered can attend this event. Registration is available via your ECSS account and will close as soon as the run is fully booked and no later than Tuesday, 16 May.

Uniting Excellence in Sport Science (UESS) Reception

The UESS reception will take place on Thursday, 6 July at 20:00-22:00. Location to be announced soon! This is an invite-only event that celebrates sport science.

Farewell Reception

The congress farewell reception will take place at 18:00-20:00, immediately after the YIA Winners Ceremony (17:30-18:00) on Friday, 7 July in Hall Bordeaux. Complimentary welcome drinks and finger food will be served. Only those who are registered can attend this event. Registration is available via your ECSS account until Friday, 16 June.

Friday Night Party

This year’s Friday Night Party will take place from 20:00-03:00 within the Palais des Congrès in a separately prepared Hall Ternes, straight after the Farewell Reception (18:00-20:00) on Friday, 7 July. Please find further information on the Friday Night Party within the registration portal in your ECSS account. Time to party together in the City of Light! Only those who are registered can attend this event. The deadline to complete your Friday Night Party registration (incl. a drinking voucher) is Friday, 16 June.
