This meeting aims to provide time and space for ECSS early career researchers to network. There will also be opportunities to discuss any issues or ideas with Professor Elke Grimminger-Seidensticker related to how the ECSS organisation and leadership can better support you. We are specifically interested in how ECSS can support professional development and career opportunities, as well as gathering ideas on membership benefits that are attractive and can help us retain the membership and participation of early career researchers in ECSS.
